This is a random dragon character i came up with in a chatroom of 5 ppl 
i cut the bottom part of the picture because it bothers me >.> (God bless MS Paint for the ability to cut pics simply by reducing the pic size )
the doodle time was about 20 minutes... adjusted here and there...
